Whether you are interested in riparian filter strips, wildlife habitat, field windbreaks, farmstead windbreaks, living snow fences, trees for livestock or recreation areas, we have access to what you need. Don’t know what you want? Give us a call and we can discuss options!
Trees are ordered from two nurseries – Schumacher’s Nursery & Berry Farm in Minnesota and Towner Nursery in Towner, ND. Descriptions of trees can be found at www.ag.ndsu.edu/trees/handbook.htm.
Please notice that trees are ordered in bundles of 25 or 50. There are a small number of trees that are offered in smaller bundle sizes. If this is something that interests you, please call the office at 406-765-1801 ext. 101 to discuss further.
For the 2025 planting season, we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible to guarantee best species and size availability. Please be aware that prices and availability may be subject to change without notice. Checks can be made payable to Sheridan County Conservation District (SCCD).
