HB 110 offers chance for property owners to file claims on exempt water rights

HELENA, Mont. – As part of its work to implement House Bill 110 (HB110), which was passed by the 65 th Legislature, the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is notifying all property owners in the state of their opportunity to file a claim for their exempt water rights.
